Lookingforthepast; how are you doing now? My adanoids are blocking my airway, and my uvula is long. Seeing ENT on Tuesday. Shouldn't he check my adanoids before offering surgery? Are you still using cpap after surgery?

I had the operation in 2003 best thing I could have done, it doesn't matter the size of the person (weight) you can be 300lbs or 90 lbs you our born is way, just to much tissue in your throat in some cases, In my case my uvula was the size of a football, my tonsils were huge. There is no doubt after the operation it hurt and will for a few days after. Please I repeat PLEASE use your CPAP it will save your save your life.
