This week's Super Movie Friends Larry Gross and Kim Morgan join host David Poland to discuss the hysteria around Lars Von trier's new film, AntiChrist. For the entire conversation - which includes SPOILERS - please check out TheHotBlog.com.
Kim said the biggest point in the beginning. antichrist goes so much over the top that it wasn't credible any more and that's why it didn't turn so rough emotions in me and it also made the psychological part of the film secondary that i would have wanted more
I've already seen it and reviewed it. (for once it was out here in the UK way before the states). I liked it.
I agree, The hysteria is incredible. It's a film with incredibly strong images but it's certainly not the corrupting, pornographic nastiness that the press say it is.
The UK tabloid the Daily Mail had a hateful review from a journalist that hadn't even seen it....
why is this unfinished?
