The song and video are distinct - beguiling - strangely familiar. It is memorable especially on the second listen through and will definitely grow on people. Keep making sublime music HuDost. Thank you. Howie

According to the band, they had fun editing together some interesting images collected on tour. I liked the images. They're evocative, interesting, and mostly beautiful.
I'll give you your point about the too-dark images. It may be a youtube compression problem - that can get tricky.. I think it will be remedied.
However, calling it amateurish and lousy? Take a pill! How much did you invest in the video, nothing? Then that's how much right you have to criticize it.

Longtail, I first have to post a disclaimer, in that I am a friend of the band. That having been said, I am a also an award-winning filmmaker of many years experience. I love the video. I think it's fun, and if it breaks the mold of the MTV music video so much the better -- that's a tired old construct. the video as presented tells a little story about the band's tour in Berlin, set to a beautiful song. No more.

Hmmm....well, you won't like what I have to say, but this is a lousy video, that no way reflects the beauty and professionalism of your music and your image. How do I know? Way too dark images that are hard to view. If it is supposed to be amateur looking, you achieved your goal.
My son is a videographer, and I won't even show it to him or any other people I know out here. Sorry to offend any and all who made the video. But this really was a major disappointment.

yuhuuuuu! this is very nice my friends!!! kisses from Switzerland!
Sorry you dislike. This is basically fun tour footage that was shot with an old Super 8 camera while on tour in Germany. Maybe it's our memories of traveling and touring that make it nice for us. I don't claim to be a videographer but it was surely fun to do and not meant to be a 'serious work'.
Glad you like the music tho...that's what counts the most. :)
