Since it was KPRC, I would venture a guess that it was in the Houston area, though I cant recall ever watching that on ch. 2. Sorry I cant be more helpful.

I applaud you, people of the USCSB. You show us in great detail what happened in large scale disasters and how they could have been prevented. I love the animations and the details of the investigations. Accidents can always happen due to the smallest possible errors. I still find it amazing how you find stuff like that out.
Two questions though: what happened at 1:14 and where was it?
