One more thing, from a purely political standpoint this bill is dead on arrival in the senate. It passed the house with 219 votes; only one vote more than the bare minimum needed for passage. The house, unlike the senate. has no minority rights and is ruled with an iron fist by the majority. Even here, the Democrats had to twists arms, postpone the vote several times, and add 300 pages of amendments in order to barely pass this. In the senate, where you need 60 votes, This bill has no chance.

I would love it if plant life were to flourish because of increased carbon dioxide levels, but it's hard for plant life to flourish, when so much of the land is being used for agriculture (which does not lend itself to long term carbon storage), human habitat and logging for various purposes. It may take 50 or more years to produce a tree useful for lumber, and rainforests are endangered around the world. My question is do you think that plant growth can keep up with human progress?

no you didn't. if you would just sit and think clearly for a moment, this might start making sense to you. nowhere in the bible does it say that evolution of plant and animal did not occur. there's nothing wrong with believing that what the bible says is true AND what modern science also understands to be true. i'm not an atheist or someone against God, believe me. i just have the ability to think realistically, not in black and white. so when i say it's not worth my time, i mean i don't want
