MRFF - Part 06 of 15 -- The Danger of Christian Dominionism -- An explosive mix of fanaticism.

Our discussion with Mikey Weinstein, founder and director of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, continues. Not only is the merciless proselytizing taking place within the U.S. military, but it is being directed at the Pakistanis, the Afghans and Iraqis, making us look like the crusades and emboldening Al Queda and the Taliban which are at least as strong as they were at 9/11. MRFF is not fighting a political left or right issue but protecting the Constitution.

The Christian dominionist influence in the military is posting an enormous national security threat. It is an explosive mix of fanatical religiosity, actual weapons of destruction, a totally misguided and tortured sense of patriotism, a total abrogation of the oath for military service, unfettered access, and a total dearth of oversight or supervision. Billions of dollars are being pumped into this threat, which spans all branches of the military.

MRFF is a non-profit charity whose work is dangerous and extremely expensive. Donations are tax-deductible and are desperately needed.
