  • im sorry if my comment sound rude,my english skills are not good so yes, later i read my comment, maybe look rude.i apologice for it and i repeat, your recipes look delicious, without go far,i did today a tortilla with ur style and taste good, allways cool try new flavors.thanks for show us your recipes.

  • @XTheRealKingX oh no, not at all. I did not think your comment was rude - I was just answering the question. I was explaining how the recipe came across to Morocco. I am glad that you enjoyed it!

  • U should change the title, this is just tortilla española, adding any ingredient extra does not make it morocan tortilla,of course look good and yummi, but same as others videos i saw from you,you just autoclaim them "morocan" by the only reason of add some ingredients, its a bit unrespectful to the countrys that are original the recipes.

  • @XTheRealKingX I understand your point of view, but this is really how we prepare it in Morocco. Morocco is very close to Spain and the North of Morocco used to be a Spanish colony - many Spanish dishes became part of Moroccan dishes. In Morocco, the Spanish Tortilla is prepared this way, which is a bit different from the original recipe. I am not claiming anything or being disrespectful, I am reflecting how we eat this Spanish dish in Morocco, with the additional ingredients.

  • @XTheRealKingX I heard someone make the same claim to an Indian recipe video.

  • C'est super...........................

  • My grandmother used to prepare it, but without oignon and she also used to fry potatoe cubes and put some beef or turkey salami.

    Good job Alia!

  • Good but

    Tortilla or Omlet ?!

  • Good with Mozzarella

  • @XTheRealKingX i will send u a link and a map of how was morocco long time.

  • @XTheRealKingX The Berber dynasties (Almoravids, Almohads, Marinids and Wattasids) gave the Berber people some measure of collective identity and political unity under a native regime for the first time in their history, and they created the idea of an "imperial Maghrib" under Berber aegis that survived in some form from dynasty to dynasty.

  • @XTheRealKingX from WiKipedia,,Morocco reached its height under a series of Berber dynasties, that arose south of the Atlas Mountains and expanded their rule northwards, replacing the local rulers. The 11th and 12th centuries witnessed the founding of several great Berber dynasties led by religious reformers and each based on a tribal confederation that dominated the Maghrib (also seen as Maghreb; refers to North Africa west of Egypt) and Al-Andalus for more than 200 years.

  • @XTheRealKingX ofcours, any chef can be creative on his own,see but we are talking about the food of a country.as 4 history pls dont offend me pls respect my history. go to google, search, put moroccan history..its started with berbers 4000years ago then arabs come to morocco then we united...pls read about the berber empire in WiKipedia,,(algeria is the production of france occupation.)..berbers are the real moroccans ,morocco was the first country to recognise american independence
