Grand Prize: Greatest or worst play in football history depending on your side

What makes it a great play: This was the most exciting finish I've ever seen, as victory was snatched from the jaws of defeat in a way I could never have imagined. My heart sunk as I watch the kick falling short. Then my safety, who never gave up on the play and was chasing the player who caught the field goal to strip it from him, picks up the spiked ball and runs it in. This play single handedly saved our playoff aspirations. We have not lost since and appear to be playing our best football in the aftermath. And now are poised to enter the state playoffs as the number 2 seed. If we win the next two weeks. It is an amazing testament to the idea of never stop fighting till the fight is over, because good things happen to those who do!
