Silky Sugoi 420 Saw Review

A Review of the Silky Sugoi 420mm Arborist and Trail SAW. This saw is produced and laser cut by Silky Saws of Japan it measure 16.5" long has 5.5 teeth per inch and weighs in at .85 lbs (saw only) 1.60 lbs with sheath, it cost around $85.00 at retail. The saw has very aggressive teeth and cuts on the pull stroke which feels more natural in hand and takes less effort. This Saw is made for large limbs in trees where a small chain saw is just not the right tool. I have found this to be the quickest and most effortless cutting saw I have used both in the trees and on the trails, it has always exceeded my expectations in it performance. This is my go to saw it is field sharpenable and replaceable you keep the handle and just replace the blade when needed. You will see me using this saw in many of my videos to come.

Great saw has the extra large teeth and is plenty long at 16". I had read some good reviews and is the best saw on the market in my opinion.
