I just relaxed my hair 48 hours ago and not sure what to do. i work out 4x a week and i just dont know what to do with it. but looking at ur vid were a great help.!! keep the videos going and the hair GROWING! • i looove your skin tone!! It's so clear, anyways do you have pictures of your hair journey?

  • @Minni3Mamii hello:-)

the goal of a protective hairstyle is to protect the oldest and most fragile part of the hair which are the ends. to obtain length you must prevent the ends from splitting or breaking. usually a protective hairstyle is one where your ends are tucked away. this is usually accomplished through braids, although i have seen other more creative ways of accomplishing the same thing...

    -hope this helps

  • QB do u use any supplements such as Biotin or Garlic to prevent shedding?

  • I'm trying this on my daughter's hair today. She is so excited. I will keep you posted on how it comes out. We're using flexi rods.

  • what products do you use to wash and condition?
