Great overview and informative. As a suggestion, you may want to cover manual setups such as when you do not want to use imap with gmail. I have a Windows cell phone in addition to a home computer and laptop. With Outlook 2007 I want the email to be downloaded to all three which requires the use of POP3 and the insertion of recent in the POP3 address so that the email stays on the Google servers as well as downloads to all devices. Again, good job.

I have 6 email accounts including my websites mail server and thunderbird is really fast and great plus i can manage rss feeds in it
