The movie Independence Day (1996) prepared the public for the September 11th attacks. The Collins Brothers, interviewed by Vyzygoth in 2007, explain in detail why this movie was so important in that it predictively programmed the public to accept a simple binary good vs bad paradigm, in which the enemy is without rather than within, the moment the real attacks transpired on 9-11-2001. Part 1of2.

a alien force wants to destroy us for who we are, as the terrorists want to destroy us for who we are,
all the world unites against this threat, as it did on 9-11

The presiedent stands pat, instead of a panic run, as bush claims he did on 9-11 at the school,
the president speaks about retaliation from a bullhorn, as bush does from ground zero.
The buildings are destroyed from the top down, as on 9-11 from top down,
the people run from clouds of smoke from the destroyed buildings, as on all repeated, controlled shots on 9-11,

the conncetions to 9-11 are legion.
The president is a pilot, so was bush,
the president was seperate from his wife during attack, as was bush 9-11,
the attacks begin over Washington, New York, Los angeles, as were the flights departure and desination points,

This is the age old Illuminati in-your-face subliminal messaging in movies like these.

Again, somebody else whose logic is as bad as his spelling has felt compelled to comment on this video.
Nowhere in this interview do we comment on the 9:11 countdown timer in the movie. That is completely inconsequential. Instead, we discuss the normative statements proffered by Independence Day and its intertextual relationship with the scenes of violence from September 11. These were noted by a semiotician, not a conspiracy theorist.
Please, pay attention to the video before you comment.
