It was meant sarcastically because clearly U are not supplying documents to future world terrorists and what is a future world terrorist anyway? that term itself is ridiculous. I have posted: "The World Sovereign guard has informed me that world citizens identities are classified and absolutely none of them are terrorists, therefore this box will conceal their identities."

Kay-Mart doesn't sell badges. Jesse;s remark is to demain and humiliate.A badge connotes legal authority. A world badge connotes world peace through enforceable world law. Therefore the Sovereign Order of World Guards is the embryonic world police force of the World Government of World Citizens. Jesse knows all about this. His own mother is a registered World Citizen. His statement is a deliberate lie.
