I will say McDonald's is deadly serious about food safety. They take it very seriously. I should know as I worked there for 12 years and the last 9 as a manager in the BX but now I live in Old Bridge and I can't get a McDonald's and no reason was given. Why? I have no idea.

I work at McDonald's, and it's quite clean.

Simple. The oil content in a fry is nearly 60% sometimes more. Oil doesn't decompose. Leave a bucket of oil, canola, automotive, wd-40, whatever you want, outside for 8 months see if you will find any mold ect.

Correct, there are no preservatives added to our beef patties. The beef patties are flash frozen and transported to restaurant locations in temperature controlled trucks to ensure food safety and quality. Also, you can find an ingredients list for our menu on our website. Click on "Food, Nutrition & Fitness" at top, and then click on Nutrition Info.

So there are no preservatives added before the food is shipped? If not preservatives, what is added? I know for a fact that something is added to the food to make it lost longer without spoiling.

course :)

Our beef patties are made from 100% real beef and 0% anything else. The only thing we add to our beef is a shake of salt and pepper at the grill.

there not really 100% beef that is the company that they get there meat from and it has a chemical injected into it to give it taste and smell and
