While there are many programs that address style, process and the technical and strategic issues of leadership, Leading Artfully awakens new understandings about the creative dimensions of leadership by showing us that beyond all techniques and advice what is needed now are leaders who not only do things differently but see things differently.

In a time of uncertainty and sudden change Michael foresees an opportunity for a renaissance in leadership practice, a time for leaders to undertake their own journey of awakening and discovery in order to access a more subtle intelligence and offer an imaginative response to our world. With this intelligence leaders may explore the intersections between generative dialogue, authentic leadership, creative artistry and collective innovation in a way that is inspired organic and whole.
