After an agonizing break-up, Kyoya and Haruhi still can't move on with their lives. When Haruhi calls him one night, Kyoya recalls all the events that have led to that very moment.. the pressure from his family, his best friend Tamaki, a relationship never meant to ne. Unknown to him, Renge quietly watches from the next room and listens in on their conversation.. the knowledge hits her that Kyoya could never really love her as much as Haruhi.

I hate how everyone thinks that Kyoya is just a manipulator because he doesn't show his emotions as freely as most of the others. Some guys are just quiet, but that doesn't mean that they are emotionless. Unlike Tamaki, Kyoya doesn't give false promises to every girl he passes. It's nice to see that someone else gets that (although I don't think Kyoya would ever be with Renge...) XD /end fangirl rant.
