Sorry, but that is obviously the planet Venus.
Venus either rises in the east just ahead of the sun (which is why Venus was known to the ancients as "The Morning Star" even though we now know it's not a star but a planet) or sets in the west just after the sun, depending on where it is in its orbit.
Most of the time, Venus is the third brightest object in the sky after the sun and the moon, and is often mistaken for a UFO, especially when drifting clouds give it the illusion of movement.

hi this is no airplane has no flashing lights just a solid white light ive seen the same thing ..sitting in the ski thouth it was star then a airplane flew by then the object starting to move behine the airplain it flew over my house here in mansfield ohio

I did'nt lose it,the thing disappeared behind the cloud and I did'nt see it again after that.

Its Ashland it could have been most anything...and Ashland sunrises or sunsets are nothing to be desired

It turned out to be some rocket launch in like Virginia or something. I live in Ashland as well. I think the only thing to explain this would be some shit going on over at Lahm (besides UFOs or other government stuff). (cont. below)

The only problem is that Mansfield Lahm is to the Southwest of where I live.The camcorder is pointing due East.
