police harrassment in evansville indiana like always

Cops were called to a fight but let the fighters get away,but instead stopped a van with 3 people in it.Once the driver said he didnt know what was going on,the officer responded by pulling his gun and put it to da head of the passenger and then point it at the driver threatning to shoot em,witnesses to the fight told the officers the people they were looking for were running down the alley,officers never gave chase..But arrested the driver because he told the cop he violated his rights..
