終於學會想學很久的後空翻了,
感謝揚炸、老J、動動波的協助,
終於在今天學會^^"

第二次練習就學會~實在是太爽了!!!
雖然還不是翻得很好,
接下來每天翻個20次,
應該會進步一些吧!

以後就用後空翻練下腹

  • @samhainaz Hi there! I was quite busy dealing with my thesis. Today I got my diploma, and recentlly I am practicing combination of bodybuilding and dancing to show it for my school's fresh man. Thanks for your accompliments. I will keep working on it! And for back flip it's just one of my dream that I wish I could do it science I was a kid.
