  • Yeah, that's Laure Manadou! That kick is her signature, it's easy to spot her! She swimngs like that until the last 50m or so, than she turns on those legs to full power. This allows her to save energy to final sprint. I tried to do that kick, but it feels so weird...

  • Amazing 2-beat kick! I visualised that when I started working on my own 2-beat kick last night.
