i was seventeen and in high school back in 2006-2007 and i got this song on a cd. i just could not stop listening to it. i thought of cinderella when i heard this song. and i heard another old school rap song that said mirror mirror on the wall. that one reminded me of snow white. i listened to a hard core rap channel and my favorite time of the day was when they played old school hits for at least an hour. :)

The best thing about old school rap is the stories...you can follow along with Chuck D orchestrating a prison break or the Showboys giving you a fresh spin on The Untouchables. What happened to rap?

Heard this song a couple years ago when i was 14 and been listening to this every since and just love the flow and the words from Dana Dane

Dana Dane, Slick Rick and Dougie Fresh, the English beatstreet crew.
Told a story, kept with the subject, ended with a solid conclusion. Awesome, wishing that type of format would come back. Not knocking on the new stuff too much. Back then, no one got shot, talked b*tches, or idolized their car! That's why these people are and will be forever the greatest in my book.
