This sounds great. The rhythm is still solid, so that gives a lot of freedom to the flutes to just go crazy. But I really like that sort of abstract sound.
Something I think Nintendo should really do is allow you to fill the six parts with any kind of arrangement. If you want six percussions, go for it! I'm thinking of Edgar Varese's work, and Stravinsky's.
