Yes, they have a sensor in their nose that "sees" the other Pleo. They interact, according to the personality of the two Pleos involved in the interaction, with varying degrees of affection/attraction. They can even exchange information. I am so glad I have two of them, because the interactions are fun to watch.
A few Pleos even interact with their own image in a mirror, becoming quite pleased with themselves. LOL
