@CathrineRJ Hello! I just started playing harp a month ago (I'm eighteen) and I'm very happy I decided to go through with it. :) I'm renting a cheaper harp right now (29 strings, minstrel harp, should be about 500 euros if i buy it in the end), but I'm keeping an eye out for a nice second hand one. There are books like 'teach yourself how to play the folk harp', but do keep an eye on technique (there should be vids for that) cause it's hard to change a bad habit after a while.

Hi! I'm 18 and reeeally love harp music, and have always wanted to learn to play it, but have never had the "guts" to do it, because there is no place to learn harp where I live now.. Is it too late to begin just to have it as a hobby? How much does a hand held harp cost? And where can I learn to play it?? Hope for an answer :)
