Just fruity loops. FL Studio has a lot more to take advantage of than people realize. Other than starting off with quality sounds, it's about equalizing. You just need to listen critically and check that everything sounds in check (not too loud/quiet, etc) and is on beat. When sampling, make sure your chops/loops are clean. It also helps to have an ear for what sounds good ;) Just emulate what your favorite producers do, and put your own style on it.
