@SR1000EFM Lol, funny story one of my bjj instructors told me that he was training jerome, and they did bjj for days while he was in france, he turns up one day and jerome is hitting the bag and the bag was folding in half, he had a go and said the bag didn't move and he almost broke his leg! Then he said jerome wanted to do some stand up they sparred first kick jerome threw my coach thought his leg was gonna break, scary power!
