Half Guard Insurance Plan Grip to Armbar.mov

(sorry about the video quality. The area was dark and in an attempt to lighten it up it may have gotten slightly worse...I'm still new to the editing thing)

A finishing technique from the Insurance Plan Grip. This is an advanced transition that focuses on keeping control in a position where you normally wouldnt have any.

Make sure to keep that grip on the lapel until you are ready to turn your knees to the floor. Also keep that foot on your opponents knee as long as possible as that will keep their base spread out and make it gvery diffcult for them to turn into you.

@Gerbiljujitsu oh no worries. A few people I know trained under Gordo and got their blackbelts from him. He had a seminar and I was blown away at all the half guard stuff he knows. Nice vids, keep them up!
