@viga1989 Hello, I am sorry, but I am not a doctor and I can not answer that question. In my case, I lost 100 pounds and 9 months and my skin did hang badly, but it depends on your body I guess. I believe that, even though I had to do so far 4 surgeries to remove the skin, it is the best decision I ever made. My best advice would be go to a doctor and star working with a personal trainer, otherwise , you might do exercise that won't help you to lose weight. Good luck....=)
