sorry about the music guys lol but its all i could find while my laptop is being fixed, you must do everything on this then start the tuesdays workout.
rember this is just a warm up but bruce lee's real warm ups & stretches lasted for one hour lol so yeah he was pretty hard core when it came down to the start of workouts.

you shouldn't bounce when ur stretching. it'll cause strain your muscles and tendons

but 10-20mins is just as good i think :)
