  • you shouldn't bounce when ur stretching. it'll cause strain your muscles and tendons

  • sorry about the music guys lol but its all i could find while my laptop is being fixed, you must do everything on this then start the tuesdays workout.

    rember this is just a warm up but bruce lee's real warm ups & stretches lasted for one hour lol so yeah he was pretty hard core when it came down to the start of workouts.

    but 10-20mins is just as good i think :)
