http://ScottThom.com In sports you have to move in multiple planes, so why do so many people do lunges in one plane (frontal)? The lunge matrix is a great addition to any leg workout add in an explosive component, M.B. Squat Throws and you have a kick butt routine!!!! When lunging make sure to not just pivot at each angle you should actually be training your body in those planes. When doing the M.B. Squat Throw you are trying to use every muscle you have to transfer power into that ball and have that ball just explode out of your hands!!!! GET AFTER IT!!!! -Coach T
