When dredg no longer play music, we will look back upon the Ornament as one of the most symbolically significant songs they ever wrote. It represents their approach to their live music: constantly evolving every song. Few songs stagnate. This is a primary reason dredg has such a high density of LOYAL fans. The reward of being a dredg listener starts with hearing as many different live performances as you can; you will experience an ever-growing relationship with each song. Few bands do this well

I've been aching for someone I've barely met. Well I've been begging for something I'll never get. Well I've been tracing the the footsteps (before men (?)),
hoping to fill this void within.
But I'm here all alone again,
Here all alone again. (x2)
Hoping to fill this void within.
Within (x2)
Well I've been chasing the impossible.
And I've been floating around this world,
wondering why I'm still in orbit; choking on the fumes up here,
I'm choking on the fumes again.

I just uploaded the other I have. They only played maybe 3 other songs. They were chill - but the Q&A was mostly directed toward the author Salman Rushdie
