Yet another Tutorial from Niall at Airlok Developing. Today he shows you how to put Mac OS X Lion onto an USB Drive! Demonstration used with the GM Seed however it will work using the Official Release of Lion.

will it delete all my files coz i lost my external hard drive. And im not getting any money till feb so i cant back up my files.

@Abelmisi Well i would all ways recommend backing up but when i do a clean install I never restore from backup I always go back to the hard drive and get the files I need. Plus if you do this method you should not need to get it from a torrent site, but as you have payed for lion all ready i think you can get away with it. I still have a couple of copies left of Lion of the 5 that I can install on my machines. For future proofing, do you think I should back one up on the next install? I also have access to torrent sites, can I just get it from there later?

@MultiFire1234 Of course Mac OS X gives it away a little but if you meant PC then a tutorial is coming up about that soon. But Lion is for Macs only ( unless used via a windows boot camp ) all Macs now come with Lion instead of Snow Leopard. Hope this helps
