Archos 35 Vision MP3/MP4 Player (8 GB) First Impressions and Short Review

This is a short video about the Archos 35 Vision. I want to present some of its features and finally tell you what is good about it and what is not as it should be.
I myself wasn't convinced by this product. That's why I returned it.

Actually Archos did write me an answer to my request, but after 10 (!) days, instead of the promised 2 days! The questiones were all either not answered properly (they didn't contain a solution) or not at all. Arcos wrote me, they actually don't know what size of microSD-Card is supported, so maybe it will also support a card with a capacity beyond 16 GB. The support is absolutely poor and not helpfull at all!
I think it is a lot better than the previous Archos 43 Vision, because the touchscreen seem a lot better and the device never froze when I used it.
The player is nice for video, but has quite a few issues with the Media Library for music. Especially finding a certain music-track in a big Media Library can be really hard, if you don't know, where and in which folder you stored it.

L'arrière de l'appareil prend il les traces de doigts à la manière de l'Archos 43 Internet tablet ou de l'Archos 2 ?

@TheMDR67 je pense que l'Archos 43 Internet Tablet prend les traces de doigts beaucoup plus vite. Je ne connais pas l'Archos 2, mais si l'arrière de l'archos 2 est mat (like brushed metal) c'est com ca.

Really nice review! It helped me alot, but i've got one question: how's the quality of the sound?

@PickUpYourBass Thanks! I personally wasn't too happy with the sound quality. I think its fine, if you intend to use it for playing music in the background, but if you want to use high quality headphones or speakers and audio quality is a rather important aspect for you, another player will probably be a better choice I think. I definitly noticed a difference between the Archos 35 Vision and the iPod nano I used befor, eventhough audio-quality wasn't that important for me.

@anistii I actually don't think, this certain device uses android (it says nothing about that on the archos website) , but there are alternatives (the archos 35 Internet tablet for example) that do.
