@roundlady thank you very much i lost 7 more pounds soooo 67 lbs total..:)i was 340 lbs and i decided not to be that big anymore...i like watching your videos because it keeps me motivated...I have a questin for you...I been hating vegetables for the past two weeks so i have been eating a lot of fruits instead...I love vegetables but i dont know what is wrong with me this weeks..i think i been eating too much...:) love your channel and you are the best... :) :) :)

I'VE BEEN TRYING! TRYING! TRYING! I have sizes 5-14 in my closet, I'm stressing big time, trying to get my weight under control, I bought a rebounder right after watching your first rebounding tube. I haven't lost one pound. PLEASE HELP ME! I've been running, bouncing, eating round, making chicken salad. . . I think I'm exercising too much. PLEASE REPLY

@ambularofamber Only 3 days...it is the no carb thing...and I certainly would not wipe out fruit from my diet -- they are way to healthy and Round! I usually eat fruit at least 3 times a day.
