It has to be near its end what if i just want a new phone to be in the same 2 year contract thats already running?

u can upgrade if ur contract is very near its end. that will cost $150. they don't keep your old phone.

i'm aware that the sidekick 2008 is not a limited edition, however this video shows pictures of an usual boxing of the 08. it is not like the 08 you can buy in stores.
