i can only walk on my hands. I have to be in motion to keep my balance. A straight handstand is pretty hard, but its only about training.

It's spelt "bananeira". If you're starting out, a good tip is to try balancing next to a wall, then when you're used to that, try it without leaning against the wall, but have a friend help you balance while you're handstanding.
