I recorded a video of this because none of my videos included this music, planning to probably put up an 18-million-yen performance or so, but to my surprise I eventually scored easily my highest money total ever in this stage. It's certainly not up to matthew69's standards, but it's better than I expected.

Do not limit yourself to what I did in this video. I know there are high-value items I missed.

You actually missed an Emerald Ring ;P

The rings are as follows:

The first thing he picked up is an Emerald, ¥600,000

Another Emerald ring is in one of those 2 white trees (Seen to the right and cut off a bit at 1:30)

A ruby is riding around on a skateboard being held by some statue thing (¥500,000 I think, at 0:15)

Another ruby is on a platform with some Bananas. (0:30)

A Diamond(¥700,000) is at that marriage. (1:10, Groom is holding it)

And a Treasure chest, a million, In a tree at 1:15

I know I don't know a perfect plan. The top scores on the scoreboard are a good two million yen bettern than me.

Since I made this video I watched your $22,000 one, and it reminded me of where to find a few more coins (three at the start, and one out of a tree).

I still use basically this route, but now I pick up those items as well.

Anyway, I was glad (and surprised) to reach a score high enough to make a video worthwhile for top players to watch :)

Oh, I have a good strategy for in We Love Katamari. It's what gave me $100,000.

Roll up a few toilet paper rolls and roll down the hill and grab the emerald. Grab the emerald in the tree, and then roll back up the hill. Go across the bridge, and bump the tree that's sorta off left. Knock the chest and grab the coins. Roll up the carrots (one is a crown) and go grab the diamond. Go down and grab the medal near the guy shooting food. Go and get the remaining rings. That's what I did.

Another good Strategy is to Go get the Diamond ring, knock the chest out of the tree, hit the chest, and get the coins that come out, then go collect the rings, ect, until you can get the chest again.
