Please baby jesus, do not do this on your websites. OS style smoothing is infinity better, even ClearType is better than this and I do not like ClearType.

@EverplexMediaLLC This does work change the text... unless you are on Internet Explorer, since it doesn't support CSS3.

This does nothing at all. Nothing whatsoever. Looks exactly identical when I did this on any page. You must have taken a screenshot and then optimized the screenshot in photoshop, then pretended like using that css code made any bit of difference.
