FAKE MAC Pigments!!!

I purchased these off Ebay, and have been waiting almost 3 weeks to get them all the way from Thailand (first red flag!) They are genuine FAKES! They have no color name on the labels/stickers, only a sticker on the bottom of the box and the bottom of the jar w/ a number. All the other little things that make it a genuine MAC product are missing as well, such as markings under the lid, spelling on the back of the bottles, and the most telling sign of all - NO COLOR PAYOFF! NONE!! Here is the ebay seller who ripped me off:

I figured for $5 each (including shipping) if they were even DECENT pigments I would keep them and use them, but they are 100% CRAP! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

obviously you didn't watch the entire video, or you would have known it was an auction, and no, my max bid was much higher than $5. That just happened to be the amount that won the auction. If I had known they were fake, I wouldn't have bid on them at all, much less bid a high max amount.

mindy- i just got screwed today! bought a lot of 25+ pigments for 132.00 and WHAT THE HELL...they are fake. they do have the names on them and everything is exactly the way it should be except that it has the same inner lid as yours does - real MAC pigments have a different inner lid.

SO upset - reporting the seller to ebay IMMEDIATELY!

It's good that you reported them so other people wont get ripped off again & again. Your right how you can get better pigment than that at the dollar store, those fake MAC pigments are just plain junk in a pretty container lol

what if you use a base?

will it still rub off

and for 5 bucks what did you expect

its alright they cant be as bad as you explain them

give them to someone you like for example a daughter niece friend?

i don't know

id keep them too fool around with

and practice looks then buy the real mac pigments and do the actual look :)

but i guess that's the way i look at it :P
