On May 25, 2009, North Korea announced that it had successfully conducted its second nuclear test, having expelled all international nuclear inspectors as a response to a tightening of sanctions by the UN Security Council which had punished NKs long-range ballistic missile test conducted in April. NK is now determined to revive its atomic weapons and other advanced missile development programs despite widespread international opposition, especially from the U.S, South Korea, and Japan. The UN Security council thus unanimously passed a resolution to tighten NK, including inspections of cargo vessels and airplanes suspected of carrying weapons and nuclear technology. NK has sold missiles to Iran and other Middle East neighbors, and a nuclear reactor to Syria. According to the Korean Central News Agency, the North's state-run news service, "an attempted blockade of any kind by the U.S. and its followers will be regarded as an act of war and met with a decisive military response... No mater how hard the U.S.-led hostile forces may try all sorts of isolation and blockade, the DPRK, a proud nuclear power, will not flinch from them."

  • @andyhuangit Yeah, they worship the corporations who control their government you uneducated fuck. They worship television, which is used to indoctrinate them, and all the useless shit that dumbs them down enough for the government to be able to do what it pleases with the tax dollars they bust their ass for. The "American Dream" has become a nightmare, and it has just begun with the recession.

  • There will be a war we just don't know when

  • @bornfree37 in a situation like this, there is nothing to do.

  • LOL those people cry for a dead leader! How fake and ugly!

  • Famous words of G. Bush Jr. "Weapons of mass destruction"

  • What a hypocrite bush is, united states has alot more nuclear weapons of mass destruction, so why cant other countries have them..

The united states are cowards since they only attack countries who have poor military equipment at the same time they leave countries who have the ability to fight back alone..

  • @2491cc Seems almost like a Japanese salaryman talking, not the Team America crazy that America tries to portray him as.

  • I can't help but think that had the Bush administration never been in place, things would have turned out much better. Kim's main concern is that the US will come in to topple the regime which would be a terrible move. For one, there are over 20 million people who would be politically, socially and spiritually lost if that happened. It's interesting how this doco leaves out some key points later on in this event that highlight some more bad choices made by the Bush admin.

  • Bush came out of mom's bush...asshole

  • It's strange hearing Kim Jong Il Speak @6:30 kinda makes me see him in a whole new light for some reason

  • Bush....sigh*
