OK, so I'm looking at the kitchen as Sally and the neighbor cook, and certain views look like the layout of the kitchen on the Roseanne show. Hummm

Did these get aired out of the order in which they were shot? For example, they get cable and then they don't. Tommy gets a girlfriend and then they decide he needs to go to school.

They weren't shot in the order they were aired, but those are just plot mistakes.

That's the same set from That 70's Show. They had the same creators, so, I guess that's logical.
