@strike3022 it is another's choice to take on the energy of another. someone could tell me the most tragic life-story ever, its up to me to feel empathy& act accordingly, i have a choice to get sad and upset about their pain (transferrence), or to put it in perspective, learn from their lesson, see why that happened and help that person come to terms with it, if that is what they are asking me to do.. them being upset & be being upset doesn't help anyone- its not all about making others happy.

im not sure, i dont know what a Ki is and what a shield relay is. when i feel that someone is trying to feed off me either on purpose or accident. i will use my minds eye to imagine a protective barrier around me. you picture it in your mind the same way you focus and see your tendrals coming to feed except that you form a circle not a tendral.
