Anyone who thought Damon never cared about his brother is an idiot. Stefan and Damon's relationship is probably the most underrated in the show. They both love and have saved each other, like siblings are supposed to do. They fight and voice their hate, but in the end, they're BROTHERS. Imagine your brother sacrificing his humanity, his everything, for you. Damon has the right to feel angry about it, because behind that anger is enormous guilt.

How can you say Damon doesn't give a damn about Stefan? Can't you see him suffering from the start to the end of the clip? He feels bad because his brother sacrificed everything to save him, and because he can't save him anymore.
I can see the pain in every word he says.
