@Jibrilstudio That's the way it should be, Russians are not bound by legality as we Americans are. This take no sh1t way of thinking will make civilians who become pirates think twice before they go off to capture an unarmed vessel to pillage and plunder it. But i guess making a functional government is everyone's problem right? Maybe Americans or Russians for that matter should just fix everyone's problems around the world. Or maybe we should take off the gloves and stop being so soft.
