  • other way around actually

  • whoa i cant believe how people argue on this video. just watch it and leave.do you care if he writes his own jokes? rly? even if he doesnt....he is the one on stage making people laugh, and u are not. even if he doesnt write his own jokes, he has great delivery for comedy, and if u disagree with that, then its ur opinion, and the majority of people disagree with ur opinion...which makes urs wrong.

  • not a funny clip. Hes good but that just wasnt a good video to post

  • 1:07 to 1:35 = hilarious.

  • he also co-wrote Half Baked, and directed The Goods.

  • Or the fact that he has a nation wide comedy about to release starring the biggest actor on Entourage Jeremy Piven called The Goods... His stand up may be bad but he has written for SNL and hes written a big screen nation wide comedy. What have you done?

  • Veteran timing, classic!

  • He sucks.

  • Chappelle has been doing stand-up for a few years now, after the calamity of the Chappelle Show; he's been selling out everywhere and making tons of money. Meanwhile, Brennan dreams of riding Chappelle's coattail again. It's obvious Chappelle does not need a Neil Brennan, but Neil Brennan needs a Chappelle. The comedy clubs probably introduce Brennan as the co-writer of the Chappelle Show, but take away that introduction and you will see/hear the true reality of Brennan's stand-up... boo!

  • Dave left the show without telling anyone, if I was Dave I'd be pissed too

  • there's a thing called a muse.nobody is responsible 100% for the things they do. be it comedy or whatever. people build off of other's inputs, their interactions with others and experiences they observe. sometimes it is outright plagiarism but it takes talent to incorporate your own thoughts with other influences and deliver it in a hilarious way. paul mooney wrote for pryor. so what. dave is anything but fake, all you have to do is see him interviewed. what are you? a miltant white hip hopper?
