  • @garble i have 2 juveniles. they are fine in my freshwater tank. they are not easy to keep and being carnivores they are very picky eaters when young,. i have had mine for 2 months and they are just getting onto freeze dried blood worms.

  • nice spotted climbing perch! im pretty sure theyre brackish water fish tho, i had no luck keeping one in my old freshwater setup. i want to get another but it wouldnt last 2 minutes with my evil angel fish lol

  • my leaf fish so far has eaten a male kilifish, a small algae eater, and a boat load of ghost shrimp...the algae eater and kilifish was unintentional since I was leaving them there while i was renovating my 10 gallon, next thing I knew they were both gone....

  • @gaqthsaswttpiu Hehehehehehehe, that really made me laugh out loud! Kekeke :) :) :D :D

  • 0:29 trypophobia trigger!

  • Ohhhh hes a beatiful never seen one like him.

  • Just to answer a few questions, this is a carnivorous fish and they'll eat almost anything, you just have to train them. I mainly feed mine freeze dried krill, Hikari Cichlid Gold floating baby pellets and Hikari micro wafers. They'll eat fruits and peas too if you want to go that route. I fed mine a small piece of banana one time and it ate it up. In the wild they mainly feed on smaller fish and shrimp.

  • No. Feed it Plankton it absolutely loves plankton. And feed it black worms. :/ anything small. c: you can also try small minows. like baby minows

  • also known as the "spotted climbing perch"

  • great video

sorry I ripped off your title for one of mine
