Most snakes, with a few exceptions, just want to run away from what ever bothers them. That dosn't mean the won't bite. Nice catch though.

that was stupid, it only makes some people "respect" him, if he wasn't so skittish then "otis" would have gotten hurt, or killed possibly, it's ok if u grab them on land but in their element thats just stupid.
