  • @Weak1987 , musta tuntuu, että fiksua on kehittää eka just vatsoja, kylkiä jne tukilihaksia, ennenkuin edes runttaa liikaa painoa. Mutta vois sieltä tulla varmaan sen 215-220 ?

  • @termis2 Periaatteessa joo, mutta kyllä ne kyykyssä tarvittavat tukilihakset kehittyy myös kyykätessä. Enivei ei ollu tiukka :)
