Really great. But... the warm up is really important, maybe you could have done the 30second introduction while jogging just to illustrate the point.
Also, I noticed the sniffles, hope you are feeling well.

Thanks. I have exercise-induced rhinitis, which means I get an allergic reaction when exercising that results in sniffles! I know it can be distracting and sometimes it sounds worse than other times, but it's not very easy to control, especially when I wear a microphone that amplifies the sound! :-)

This is a really great stretching video. I've used stretching exercises like this before and Coach Nicole has a great enthusiasm for teaching these exercises. These stretches feel really good after a workout!

These are great stretches. I have pulled my gluteus maximus muscle and have been in agony for last couple of days . These exercises are helping. Thank you for sharing
