I'm talking about similar actions being labled differently.

  • Do you plan to make a video about Red Tails?

  • @DionLaurent1

I haven't seen it. I have not been to the theater in years. I just wait for the DVD.

  • @UHeardMe1stTime really? When was the lasttime you were in a theater? Don't you like the surround sound experience and the movie made popcorn?

  • @Pentazoid111

The last movie I say was either one of the Spiderman movies or Derailed- whichever came out last.

"Don't you like the surround sound experience and the movie made popcorn?"

Not for damn-near $15 I don't. People can get that same experience at home nowadays.

  • i think that certain groups are stereotyped so much that when ever somebody in that group does something negative, it is linked to their group's identity. if a black guy does something stupid and ignorant, it will be said that 'black people act so stupid', however, if a white does the same thing, they will say 'that individual is so stupid'. if a woman does it, some men will say 'women are so stupid'. seems to hinge on how stereotyped the group is

  • @lineartechbd1600

True & I think that has a lot to do also with being a minority in a majority white country.

  • @UHeardMe1stTime Have those quotes above been changed to make a point? I would like to find them. This is startling.

  • @ImNotYourFriend212 - And that mistreatment extents to all areas; law enforcement, opportunities for housing, jobs, politics, education, getting loans from banks, even simply hailing a cab. The activities of those who have been disenfranchised like, robbing, stealing, killing, and the thug life in general cast a huge shadow over the entire race. The MINORITY of blacks are like, which shape those opinions and stereotypes, but yet the MAJORITY of blacks have to suffer for it.

  • @CSILogic Ok. At this point it's not even about money. It's about how white people are treated and black people are treated in the states at least. Whether a white person has money or not, they will always been seen as "better" than a black person and that has to stop. We know that's not true, but it's now more about society and being treated a certain way.

  • Just picking at 1 issue. Yes some blacks exaggerate saying white people are born with silver spoons in their mouths, some other white person will bail them out. Okay, most white people aren't wealthy either. But stigmas and stereotypes still persist that works against blacks in the hiring & promotion process. Even simple nepotism helps exaggerate that advantage. Occupy movement shows that some whites are just now experiencing what blacks experience more consistently in unemployment and income.

  • @UHeardMe1stTime please go see it and make a video just because i LOVE your videos!!
